In a nutshell, you are based in west Dublin offices, working with a
global brand in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Responsible for partnering across the organisation - with Product
Management, Buying, Marketing and Technology to define the overarching
strategy for the core global e-commerce platform. Cultivate and coach
a high-performing team and oversee continuous development. In a
leadership role with allocated revenue and margin growth, you&#**Apply

WHAT?S THE DAY-TO-DAY?
* Straight off, your mission is to familiarise with the games
(ideally, you are an exisiting user who knows them well). Play,
scrutinize, appreciate, criticize.
* Next, develop a framework for valuing game engagement by user
demographics and behaviour; drilling in to specifics of modes played
and platform trends and incorporating lifetime value (CLV) based on
engagement, revenue, retention, and key variables
* And then: translate this framework into a strategy prioritising
high value areas of investment to drive user activities at various
stages of the customer lifecycle
* Look at new player onboarding, churn prevention, and mode
engagement and work together with marketing, analytics, and dev teams
on planning, execution, and analysist for in-game promotions,
objectives, live events and other engagement marketing campaigns
* Manage all supporting functions to strategy success, e.g. test,
deploy, operation, evaluation

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD MY CV BOAST?

plus | You should bring strong cross-functional work experience where
this role sees you on the phone distilling strategy to marketing,
analytics, etc. | Experience in a global organisation with offices in

from online gaming will be rated too | You must be available for
global travel (currently dependant on official restrictions)
